Our Story

A Decade of Building Better Harnesses

Wire Harness Works was founded in 2013 by a group of engineers in Shenzhen with a simple conviction: the world needed a wire harness supplier that combined Chinese manufacturing scale with the quality discipline of European and Japanese suppliers.

What started as a workshop producing automotive lighting harnesses for local OEMs has grown into a vertically-integrated manufacturing operation. Today, we serve over 500 customers across more than 50 countries, including Tier-1 automotive suppliers, semiconductor equipment OEMs, and energy storage integrators.

Our parent company, SZN New Materials Co., Ltd., operates from a 5,000 m² facility in Futian District, Shenzhen — strategically located near the Yantian and Shekou ports for efficient global export.

What hasn't changed since day one: every harness we ship is 100% electrically tested, every connector is sourced from authorized distributors, and every customer drawing is reviewed by a real engineer before quoting.

Engineering Before Quoting

Every drawing is reviewed by a real engineer before we send a price. If your design has a manufacturability issue or a cheaper alternative connector exists, we'll tell you — before you spend money on tooling.

Authorized Components Only

We source connectors and terminals exclusively from authorized distributors of TE, Molex, JST, Yazaki, Sumitomo, and JAE. No counterfeit risk — ever. Documentation provided on every shipment.

100% Test, No Exceptions

Every single harness passes continuity, hi-pot, insulation resistance, and visual inspection before packing. Traceability via barcode scanning from wire batch to finished assembly.

Transparent Communication

If something goes wrong — a delayed shipment, a connector shortage, a quality issue — you'll hear from us the same day, not at the last minute. We treat customer relationships as long-term, not transactional.

NDA Default Mindset

Your drawings, specifications, and project details are confidential by default. We sign NDAs routinely and treat every project with the discretion of a defense supplier.

Continuous Improvement

Our process engineering team reviews every customer complaint and 8D corrective action within 48 hours. We measure success not by orders won, but by repeat orders earned.
