The Industrial Horn Seat VH3.96 Wiring Harness is a custom-engineered automotive electronic cable assembly built for horn seat systems, in-cabin air vent seat lights, and the low-voltage circuits inside modern new energy vehicles (NEV). The harness pairs the well-established VH 3.96 mm pitch connector — known for its positive lock, 7 A current rating, and reliable signal continuity — with tinned copper conductors and V0 flame-retardant PVC insulation. The result is a wire assembly that holds up to constant vibration, thermal cycling, and the abrasive environments of automotive interiors.
Production is run on a fully automatic cold-press line, with each terminal pull-tested to its rated load and the finished assembly subjected to a 1500 VAC / 1-minute high-voltage withstand check before packing. The line supports drop-in compatibility with all mainstream connector families — AMP (TE Connectivity), JST (VH/PH/XH), Sumitomo, KET, Molex, Yazaki — so existing OEM tooling and mating headers continue to work without redesign.
Three protection variants ship from the same SKU family: (A) corrugated conduit air-duct wire for high-vibration runs through firewalls and door pillars, (B) corrugated conduit with an integrated USB interface for cabin charging or data, and (C) braided tape wrapped wire for low-profile installations behind trim panels. All three meet UL flammability requirements and RoHS / REACH material restrictions.
