Commercial Vehicle NEV Light Harness — Fog, Reverse & Position Marker Bulb Connector Assembly

The Commercial Vehicle NEV Light Harness is a custom-built wiring assembly engineered for fog lights, reverse lights, side and rear position marker lamps, and LED bulb connector modules. It targets the demanding electrical environment of trucks, trailers, buses, and new energy commercial vehicles (NEV) — where lamps face constant road vibration, water spray, salt, dust, and a 24 V electrical system. Cold-press copper terminals, V0 flame-retardant insulation, and a sealed rubber connection deliver stable conductivity over hundreds of thousands of kilometers.

Production runs on a fully automatic cold-press line with each terminal pull-tested to its rated load and the finished assembly subjected to a 1500 VAC / 1-minute high-voltage withstand check before packing. The line supports all mainstream automotive connector families — AMP (TE Connectivity), JST, Sumitomo, KET, Molex, Yazaki — so the harness drops directly into existing OEM tooling, trailer wiring kits, and aftermarket light bars without redesign. 3C and UL certification covers the assembly for both the China commercial vehicle market and North American / EU export.

Six structural variants ship from the same product family: (A) LED rigid PCB with ABS housing and AMP/JST/Sumitomo, (B) direct wire-to-wire connector with terminal protective housing and rubber seal, (C) lamp holder type with rubber sealing sleeve, outlet plug, and AMP/JST/Sumitomo, (D) lamp holder variant adding KET compatibility, and (E / F) LED rigid PCB modules with black heat-shrink protection. Custom pin counts, wire gauges, and overmolded boots are available on request.
