Description

The Electric Motorcycle Main Wiring Harness Assembly is a full-bike chassis harness that ties together every electrical node on a modern e-moto, e-scooter, or EV two/three-wheeler. From the battery output through the motor controller, throttle, brake levers, instrument cluster, headlight and taillight, turn signals, horn, charging port, and accessory loads — the main harness is the single most complex assembly on the vehicle, and the part most often customized per bike model. Pure copper conductors with UL recognized PVC insulation, cold-press crimped terminals, and corrugated split conduit deliver the long service life that fleet operators and consumer-class OEMs expect.

Four build variants ship from this product family. The main chassis harness wraps every node in a single tidy bundle with consistent connector pin-out per drawing. The heavy-duty variant integrates a central fuse box, rubber-boot connector entries, and IP67-sealed mating faces for high-power scooters, cargo trikes, and three-wheelers exposed to road spray. The high-power supply cable handles headlight feed and the high-current motor-controller power loop. The dedicated vehicle connector kit supplies D-Sub, KET, Molex, JST, and Sumitomo mating connectors pre-terminated on flying leads for in-line splicing.

We support all common e-moto voltage platforms — 48 V / 60 V / 72 V consumer-class systems and 96 V / 110 V+ high-performance e-moto platforms. Production runs on a fully automatic cold-press line with each terminal 100% pull-tested at rated load and a 1500 VAC / 1-minute high-voltage withstand check before packing.
