The Laser Equipment HV / LV Wiring Harness is a custom cable assembly engineered for high-frequency and low-frequency laser systems — fiber lasers, CO2 lasers, UV lasers, diode lasers, and the laser marking, cutting, engraving, and welding machines built around them. It pairs precision sensor detection with reliable signal-control transmission in a single harness family, where braided sleeves resist abrasion from moving gantries and provide EMI shielding against the RF noise of driver electronics, choppers, and high-voltage supplies.

Three cable types ship from this product family. Pressure sensor cables integrate a cylindrical probe or a threaded metal pressure transducer with a JST microconnector — typically used for gas-assist nozzle monitoring, chamber pressure feedback, and chiller-loop sensing. Signal control transmission harnesses use round braided sleeves with JST-terminated multi-core conductors for low-frequency control and interlock runs. Flat IDC ribbon cables with braided sleeve and 14-pin mass-termination connectors deliver high-frequency galvo, scanner, and encoder data with consistent pin-out across multiple identical machines.

Production runs on a fully automatic cold-press line with each terminal 100% pull-tested at rated load and a 1500 VAC / 1-minute high-voltage withstand check before packing. The harness is 3C certified with V0 flame-retardant insulation (UL 94 V0), RoHS and REACH compliant materials.
