Description

The Crystal Semiconductor Equipment LV / HV Wiring Harness is a custom-engineered cable assembly built for wafer fabrication, crystal growth, deposition, etching, inspection, and metrology tools. It pairs low-voltage sensor signal transmission with high-voltage power delivery in a single harness family — anti-static braided shielding suppresses ESD and EMI in cleanroom environments, while cold-press copper terminals and PVC V0 flame-retardant insulation hold up to the thermal cycling and chemical exposure of semiconductor process equipment.

Three cable types ship from this product family. Power cables use heavy-gauge multi-core copper (up to 10 AWG, 380 V) with shielded metal-shell connectors for AC/DC equipment supply. Signal harnesses typically fan out a DB25 main connector to six or more multi-branch HRS (Hirose) connectors carrying sensor and control signals, with anti-static jacket and individual braid shielding to keep noise floors low. Coaxial RF cables come in two flavors — flexible black-jacket MCX-to-BNC for instrumentation runs, and blue PFA-jacket SMA for high-frequency low-loss applications such as RF source coupling and metrology heads.

Production runs on a fully automatic cold-press line with each terminal 100% pull-tested at rated load and the finished assembly subjected to a 1500 VAC / 1-minute high-voltage withstand check before packing. The harness is UL recognized and 3C certified, with V0 flame-retardant insulation throughout, RoHS and REACH compliant materials, and optional halogen-free or PTFE/FEP jacket upgrades for high-temperature chamber-side cabling. ESD-safe packaging (anti-static bags, double-bagged for ISO Class 5/Class 7 cleanroom transfer) is available on request.
