Kabel Baterai Tegangan Tinggi EV adalah rangkaian TT andalan yang dibangun untuk jantung listrik kendaraan energi baru modern, sistem penyimpanan energi (ESS), inverter fotovoltaik, dan stasiun pengisian cepat DC. Konstruksi direkayasa untuk tuntutan unik sistem baterai DC TT: arus tinggi terus-menerus, siklus termal, getaran, dan regulasi keselamatan fungsional yang ketat dari instalasi energi otomotif dan terkoneksi grid.
Kabel ini diperingkat 1500 V DC — standar modern untuk paket baterai traksi di EV penumpang, bus dan truk listrik, ESS format kontainer, dan string PV skala utilitas. Penampang jalur utama standar adalah 1×50 mm² (≈ 1/0 AWG) dengan sistem isolasi polietilena tertaut silang (XLPE) dan konduktor tembaga murni bebas oksigen (OFC). Penampang kustom dari 6 mm² hingga 120 mm² tersedia untuk interkoneksi BMS hingga bus baterai utama.
Konstruksi sesuai standar ISO 19642 (kabel EV), LV 216-2 (otomotif Jerman), dan GB/T 33594. Setiap rakitan jadi lulus uji ketahanan tegangan tinggi 3000 VAC / 1 menit, pemeriksaan kontinuitas, dan pengukuran resistansi isolasi > 1 GΩ. Fitur opsional termasuk kontak pilot HVIL (high-voltage interlock loop), rumah konektor tersegel IP67, selubung LSZH bebas halogen, dan konstruksi berpelindung untuk instalasi sensitif EMC.
